What we do

Helping people address their mental health, development, and performance issues is the main mission of the practice.  It all starts with a simple conversation to determine the issue at hand and then moves on to a series of sessions to address the challenges. Depending on the situation, a variety of counseling and/or therapy services are utilized to work towards the desired outcome. These may include exclusively or in combination: Talk Therapy, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and other processes and techniques. Additionally Neurofeedback has proven to be a formidable drug free therapy effective in many situations. Ultimately, we are what we think.
